The staff were friendly and accommodating, which really made us feel welcomed during our

Stay. The hotel itself was clean and modern, with a comfortable room. We found the walk to major attractions a bit challenging due to the uphill trek needed to reach the old city.

location just next door to bakeries, restaurants and famous landmarks and lively nightlife. also, good walk to the old port area. upscale room with a great view, marvellous and unbeatable location. bonus point for a flat-screen tv with cable channels, climate control and an individual safe.

The room was fashionable and updated with a very comfy bed and a shower, a hairdryer and bath sheets in the bathroom. The location was handy - near restaurants and bars.

The staff were really friendly and accommodating.

The WiFi was slow and not usable.

The beds are comfortable to sleep on.

Came here for a weekend and I will come back. Thank you guys for a very positive stay during winter time. Overall delicious food, plus there is Le Bureau de Poste close by.

I loved having easy access to the beautiful Battlefields Park, just a 20-minute walk away, and being able to stroll to the iconic Fairmont Le Chateau Frontenac in under 30 minutes. It.

Hotel Pur has style. Just a small example that made me smile are their brown painted walls with room numbers written in giant orange letters at the bottom of the doors. This first impression whets your appetite well for when you first enter your room, which was a masterstroke in contemporary feng shui,

My stay was quite limited, so there wasn't much for me to dislike. However, I must say that I found their $19 rate for parking exorbitant.

The pool is excellent. Our room was clean. The city view from our room added a beautiful backdrop to our vacation experience.

Unfortunately, noise from the hallway made it hard to sleep at times, affecting the overall comfort.

Large,.modern and clean room with great veiw of the city, free goumet coffee available 24 hours, and very polite and helpful staff.

Location, good for walking to Old Quebec and train station. Safe neighborhood. Friendly staff and helpful.

The rooms are so spare that there is no booklet telling that there is a coffee machine in the lobby and a fitness center and pool. No guide to tv channels, either.

Great view and friendly staff, but Wi-Fi was spotty at times.

The value was excellent. ( thanks to Booked.net) Very modern.. and cleanliness to a perfection.... that's important to me. Had an excellent 12th floor view of St. Joesph Cath. Near the 800 & 801 bus route to the old town.. or, if you want to hike,.. enjoy the 30 Min walk. Listed as a 4 star.... and I believe it!

Scrap the mini-bar.... and give me a mini-fridge ( empty )

Unique hotel. Great bar and staff. Very comfortable bed.

Was supposed to have a room with a view. Although we were on the 19th floor we had the view of the air-conditioning unit on the roof of the bldg across the street. Tv did not work but someone came to fix it right away. Too far from old quebec
